How to use


Step 1 

Draw a sketch of your project/initiative in a post-it and stick it into the canvas or draw it directly in the canvas. Give it a name.


Step 2

Fill in the boxes on the left side to define the problem/need your project is solving, the target audience and how are you solving it.


Step 3

Fill in the boxes on the right side to specify the size of the market and potential revenue pools that your project will generate as well as potential partners (teams) and necessary time to develop it.


Step 4
Define the key technologies/resources you need to back up your solution.


Step 5

Repeat the process for each new project/initiative. Stick all the concept cards in the wall and discuss with your team. Vote on the preferred projects using sticky dots.
